Give your child a bright, confident start at Sampson County YMCA's preschool program that is designed to nurture your child’s self-esteem, spark creativity, and encourage a love for learning — all within a fun, structured, and caring environment.
Preschool is for ages 3-5 and operates Monday–Friday from 8:45am to 12:15pm, giving young learners the perfect half-day experience to grow, play, and thrive.

At the Y, we believe every child is wonderfully made. Our preschool uses the ABC Jesus Loves Me curriculum, which blends age-appropriate academics with faith-based learning. Through hands-on exploration and guided activities, children grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically.

At the Y, we think fun, new friends, positive role models and great times should be available to every child. That’s why we provide scholarships to families who need help making preschool a reality.
If your family needs financial assistance, scholarship forms are available online and are kept completely confidential. Funds are made possible because of the generous donations made through our Annual Giving Campaign.
